Return Policy

This Return Policy applies to physical planning kits purchased from Jointregenol. Digital access to online tools is provided at no charge and is not subject to product returns.

Return Window

You may return eligible unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Eligible Items

• Items in original condition with packaging intact.
• Items that are not marked as final sale.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) provided.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used notepads and consumable stationery unless defective.
• Custom-printed or personalized orders.
• Items damaged after delivery through misuse.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived defective or we shipped the wrong product. In those cases, we will supply a prepaid label where feasible.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges on the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report damage or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
